The standard
Luxury is what the day feels like.
We plan at the comfortable-to-luxury end, with the practical details visible before you approve anything. That can mean a five-star address in Shanghai, a quiet courtyard in Beijing or a small property in the mountains because its location gives the morning back.
The same standard has to work for the people travelling. Grandparents need a lift, a short walk and somewhere to sit; children need an early finish; a couple may want one evening held completely open. We ask those questions first, then shape the route around the answers.
There is no fixed luxury package and no anonymous hand-off. Your proposal names the route, the stays, the inclusions and the reason for each important choice. A licensed local team remains accountable from the first message through departure.

It means the details remove friction: a private car that is ready when you are, a guide briefed on the people travelling, stays chosen for a reason, meals that fit the route, and enough empty space that a day does not feel managed. We plan at the comfortable-to-luxury end, but we do not attach a star label to a trip before we know the brief.
Do you arrange five-star hotels?
Yes, when they suit the route and the people travelling. We also use design-led boutique houses and smaller properties when they offer a better location or a more memorable sense of place. Every proposed stay is named and explained before you commit, so the standard is clear.
Is every trip fully private?
Yes. We do not sell seats on shared tours or fixed departures. Your own guide, driver and local team hold the route for your party. A company retreat or incentive trip is planned at its own scale and is never merged with another group.
Can you plan a luxury family or multi-generational journey?
That is one of the strongest reasons to plan privately. We check steps, walking distances, room layouts, child seats, dietary notes and the distance between a morning sight and lunch. Comfortable does not mean filling every hour; it means the plan works for every generation.
Can you arrange proposals, anniversaries and private celebrations?
Yes, when the details are practical and confirmed in writing. We can coordinate a private meal, a photographer, room styling or a carefully timed moment, with a weather plan where it makes sense. We keep the surprise in one local thread and never promise a detail before it is confirmed for your date.
