Business · Working days · Private extension

The meeting ends. China begins.

Precise transfers, bilingual support and evenings worth extending the trip for — one local team across your working days and your own.

The working rhythm

Your calendar stays untouched. Ours absorbs the friction.

The meetings are yours. Everything around them — the cars, the language, the small logistics of functioning in a new country — is ours.

  • Executive transfers held to your calendar — the car waits, you never do
  • A bilingual assistant in the room or on call, briefed on your agenda
  • eSIM, payment apps and maps working within your first hour on the ground
  • Buffer built around every meeting — traffic modelled, never guessed
  • One WhatsApp thread for every change, answered fast

After hours

A precise day, with room to wander.

The last meeting ends at six. By eight you are at a table your hotel concierge would not have found — a quiet Shanghainese dining room, a jazz bar up a narrow staircase, a walk along the river once the crowds thin. Evenings shaped around your energy that day, not an itinerary.

The +48h extension

You’ve already flown fourteen hours. Stay two more days.

The airfare is spent and the jet lag is behind you. Two days, door to door, is enough for a different China entirely.

  • Hangzhou — under an hour by rail: tea hills, West Lake at dawn, dinner by the water
  • Beijing — the Wall on a quiet stretch, a courtyard lunch, duck done properly
  • Suzhou — canals, classical gardens and silk, back in Shanghai by evening

Groups & MICE

Retreats, incentives and study visits — at your scale.

The same tailor-made care our private journeys get, applied to a company: one team holding arrivals, rooms, rooms-that-meet, tables and timings, so the organiser gets to attend their own event.

  • Company retreats — offsite venues, group logistics, an itinerary that mixes work blocks with days worth flying for
  • Incentive trips — reward journeys with the moments built in: pandas, the river, a rooftop dinner that lands the year
  • Meetings & events — venue sourcing, banquet tables, transport waves and interpreters, timed to the hour
  • Business study visits — factory, market and partner visits arranged with interpreters and briefing notes
  • Paperwork included — service contract, corporate invoicing (fapiao) and one itemised budget, no surprises
  • Any size that stays yours — from a leadership six to a full company charter; never merged with anyone else

Discretion

We work quietly. No client names, no photos, no case studies without written consent.

Which is why you won’t find a client wall on this site.

A shape to start from

Built around the meetings, not despite them.

Shanghai · Beijing · HangzhouFlexible — set by your calendar

  • Days 1–3 — meetings held; transfers, interpreter and evenings handled around them
  • Day 4 — the work ends at lunch; rail to Hangzhou by mid-afternoon
  • Days 4–5 — West Lake at dawn, tea hills, one long dinner by the water
  • Day 6 — door-to-door return, or extend once more

Working days in Shanghai or Beijing with transfers, interpreting and evenings handled; then a private extension the moment the last meeting ends — West Lake, the Wall, or a garden city an hour away. One team across all of it.

Executive transfers · bilingual support · evening tables · +48h extension

This is a shape, not a package — there is no fixed itinerary to buy. Your version starts from your meeting cities, your dates, and how many days you can quietly add.

Good to know

Questions we hear often.

Can you invoice my company?

Yes. We operate under a licensed Chinese travel agency and can issue a formal invoice (fapiao) in your company’s name for the services we arrange. Tell us what your finance team needs — currency, line items, timing — and we match the paperwork to it.

Can you arrange an interpreter for meetings?

Yes. A bilingual assistant can sit in your meetings or stay on call between them, briefed on your agenda and terminology in advance. For specialised subject matter — legal, technical, medical — we source a specialist interpreter and quote the cost before you commit.

How late can I confirm the leisure days?

Later than you would expect. We hold the shape loosely while your meetings settle; hotels and rail for the extension can usually be confirmed two to three days out, outside national holiday weeks. The working days stay fixed — only the free ones flex.

Can colleagues or a spouse join mid-trip?

Yes. We arrange their arrival transfer, fold them into the route wherever it makes sense, and keep everything in the one thread you already have. A partner joining for the extension weekend is the most common version.
