2. Data we collect

Account & contact data — name, email, phone, WeChat ID when you submit a form or message us on WhatsApp/WeChat/Telegram.
Trip enquiry data — travel dates, group size, interests, dietary/accessibility needs you share with us.
Analytics — anonymized page views, referrers, device type via Cloudflare Web Analytics (no personal identifiers).
Cookies — only what we describe in section 4.

3. How we use it

To design and quote your trip, and to communicate with you about it.
To send you the itinerary and follow-up only if you have asked us to.
To improve the Site (analytics in aggregate, never to identify you).
We never sell or rent your data. We never share it with third parties except the service providers listed below.

4. Cookies

We use only functional cookies (your cookie-consent choice) and Cloudflare analytics cookies (anonymized). No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner at the bottom of every page.

5. Third parties we use

Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, anonymized analytics.
WhatsApp / WeChat / Telegram — only if you choose to message us there.
Google Fonts — to render this Site.

6. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / similar)

Access — ask what we hold about you.
Rectification — ask us to correct it.
Erasure — ask us to delete it.
Restrict or object to processing.
Portability — receive a copy in a common format.
Withdraw consent at any time.

7. Retention

Enquiry data: kept while we are working with you on a trip, then archived or deleted within 12 months. Analytics: aggregated, no personal IDs.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We restrict access to your enquiry data to the team handling your trip.

9. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We will post any update here and revise the "Last updated" date.
